When you enquire

If you use our website enquiry form, we store the name, email, occasion, preferred date, area or venue and message you provide. Hope uses these details to respond, discuss availability and manage your enquiry. Please share only what is needed to arrange your makeup service.

Where your details go

Website enquiries are stored in Glam Boutique’s private owner inbox on our hosting service. Only the owner account can read them through the website. Our hosting provider may process standard connection and access logs to operate the site.

If you choose WhatsApp, email or Instagram, your message is handled by that service under its own privacy practices. The WhatsApp button prepares a message for you to review and send. It does not submit the enquiry to the website inbox.

How long we keep enquiries

Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and are removed when the inbox is next accessed or the server starts after that period. Separate records needed to manage an agreed booking may be handled directly by Hope.

Cookies and your choices

The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The owner login uses a private session cookie to keep the owner signed in for up to 12 hours. Temporary request limits help protect forms from spam.
